JUZ 29.4  TABARAKALLATHI (تَبَارَكَ الَّذِي)

 

 

سورة الحاقة

THE REALITY
 

Al-Haaqqa| Sura # 69| 52 Verses | Makkan

 

بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَـٰنِ الرَّحِيمِ 

In the name of Allah, the Most Compassionate and Most Merciful

 

 

Juz 29, Al-Haaqqa, Verse 001
 
الْحَاقَّةُ [The inevitable Hour.  ]

 

Juz 29, Al-Haaqqa, Verse 002
 
مَا الْحَاقَّةُ [What is the inevitable Hour?  ]

 

Juz 29, Al-Haaqqa, Verse 003
 
وَمَا أَدْرَاكَ مَا الْحَاقَّةُ [What do you understand by the inevitable Hour?  ]

 

Juz 29, Al-Haaqqa, Verse 004
 
كَذَّبَتْ ثَمُودُ وَعَادٌ بِالْقَارِعَةِ [Thamud and Aad people denied the Calamity (the  Hour of Judgment)!   ]

 

Juz 29, Al-Haaqqa, Verse 005
 
فَأَمَّا ثَمُودُ فَأُهْلِكُوا بِالطَّاغِيَةِ [ As for Thamud, they were destroyed by the awful Shriek!   ]

 

Juz 29, Al-Haaqqa, Verse 006
 
وَأَمَّا عَادٌ فَأُهْلِكُوا بِرِيحٍ صَرْصَرٍ عَاتِيَةٍ  [ As for Aad, they were destroyed by a furious violent wind,   ]

 

Juz 29, Al-Haaqqa, Verse 007
 
سَخَّرَهَا عَلَيْهِمْ سَبْعَ لَيَالٍ وَثَمَانِيَةَ أَيَّامٍ حُسُومًا فَتَرَى الْقَوْمَ فِيهَا صَرْعَى كَأَنَّهُمْ أَعْجَازُ نَخْلٍ خَاوِيَةٍ  [ which Allah unleashed on them, non-stop for seven nights and eight days, so that you would have seen its people lying dead like trunks of uprooted palm trees.   ]

 

Juz 29, Al-Haaqqa, Verse 008
 
فَهَلْ تَرَى لَهُمْ مِنْ بَاقِيَةٍ  [ Do you see anything left of them?   ]

 

Juz 29, Al-Haaqqa, Verse 009
 
وَجَاءَ فِرْعَوْنُ وَمَنْ قَبْلَهُ وَالْمُؤْتَفِكَاتُ بِالْخَاطِئَةِ  [ The Pharaoh, and those before him, the overturned cities (of Sodom and Gomorrah during the time of Loot  عليه السلام), committed the (very same) crime.   ]

 

Juz 29, Al-Haaqqa, Verse 010
 
فَعَصَوْا رَسُولَ رَبِّهِمْ فَأَخَذَهُمْ أَخْذَةً رَابِيَةً  [ Each disobeying their Lord’s Apostle, so He seized them with a crushing grip. ]

 

Juz 29, Al-Haaqqa, Verse 011
 
إِنَّا لَمَّا طَغَا الْمَاءُ حَمَلْنَاكُمْ فِي الْجَارِيَةِ [ Surely! When the water rose beyond limits (during the time of Nooh عليه السلام), We carried you people (your ancestors) in the floating ship,   ]

 

Juz 29, Al-Haaqqa, Verse 012
 
لِنَجْعَلَهَا لَكُمْ تَذْكِرَةً وَتَعِيَهَا أُذُنٌ وَاعِيَةٌ [ so that We may make this a reminder to you, and that attentive ears may grasp it.   ]

 

Juz 29, Al-Haaqqa, Verse 013
 
فَإِذَا نُفِخَ فِي الصُّورِ نَفْخَةٌ وَاحِدَةٌ [ Then when the Trumpet will be blown with one blowing (first one),   ]

 

Juz 29, Al-Haaqqa, Verse 014
 
وَحُمِلَتِ الْأَرْضُ وَالْجِبَالُ فَدُكَّتَا دَكَّةً وَاحِدَةً  [ and the earth with all its mountains will be lifted up and crushed into pieces with a single stroke.   ]

 

Juz 29, Al-Haaqqa, Verse 015
 
فَيَوْمَئِذٍ وَقَعَتِ الْوَاقِعَةُ  [ then on that Day the inevitable Event will befall,   ]

 

Juz 29, Al-Haaqqa, Verse 016
 
وَانْشَقَّتِ السَّمَاءُ فَهِيَ يَوْمَئِذٍ وَاهِيَةٌ [ and skies will split apart, for that Day it will be very frail.   ]

 

Juz 29, Al-Haaqqa, Verse 017
 
وَالْمَلَكُ عَلَى أَرْجَائِهَا وَيَحْمِلُ عَرْشَ رَبِّكَ فَوْقَهُمْ يَوْمَئِذٍ ثَمَانِيَةٌ [ And the angels will be on all sides,  and on that Day eight angels will bear the Throne of your Lord above them.   ]

 

Juz 29, Al-Haaqqa, Verse 018
 
يَوْمَئِذٍ تُعْرَضُونَ لَا تَخْفَى مِنْكُمْ خَافِيَةٌ [ That shall be the day when you (all) will be brought before your Lord, and none of your secrets shall remain hidden.  ]

 

Juz 29, Al-Haaqqa, Verse 019
 
فَأَمَّا مَنْ أُوتِيَ كِتَابَهُ بِيَمِينِهِ فَيَقُولُ هَاؤُمُ اقْرَءُوا كِتَابِيَهْ [ Then, the one who is given his record (of deeds) in his right hand would say, (excitedly), 'Here, (let me take a look and) read the record (of my deeds).'  ]

 

Juz 29, Al-Haaqqa, Verse 020
 
إِنِّي ظَنَنْتُ أَنِّي مُلَاقٍ حِسَابِيَهْ [ 'I really did believe that (one day), I would have to face the reckoning.'  ]

 

Juz 29, Al-Haaqqa, Verse 021
 
فَهُوَ فِي عِيشَةٍ رَاضِيَةٍ [ So he will have a life of bliss,  ]

 

Juz 29, Al-Haaqqa, Verse 022
 
فِي جَنَّةٍ عَالِيَةٍ [ in an elevated garden (in Paradise),  ]

 

Juz 29, Al-Haaqqa, Verse 023
 
  قُطُوفُهَا دَانِيَةٌ  [ with fruits (on trees) in bunches which will be low  near at hand.  ]

 

Juz 29, Al-Haaqqa, Verse 024
 
كُلُوا وَاشْرَبُوا هَنِيئًا بِمَا أَسْلَفْتُمْ فِي الْأَيَّامِ الْخَالِيَةِ  [ (It will be said) : 'Eat and drink at ease, (this is the reward) for what you did in past days (in your life)!]

 

Juz 29, Al-Haaqqa, Verse 025
 
وَأَمَّا مَنْ أُوتِيَ كِتَابَهُ بِشِمَالِهِ فَيَقُولُ يَا لَيْتَنِي لَمْ أُوتَ كِتَابِيَهْ  [ As for him who is given his record in his left hand, he will say, 'I wish I was never given my record, ]

وَلَمْ أَدْرِ مَا حِسَابِيَهْ  [ and never knew what my account was.' ]
